unresponsive and unorganized company Jul 04, 2010
By shasta I have not received this product as of yet and it is going to the wrong state and wrong address. I changed my shipping address, which was sent and confirmed by Amazon, yet this company insisted on sending this product to the wrong address. This was sent by the vendor and not by Amazon.com. There is no way to contact this company except e-mail which I have done 3 times to no avail prior to shipping. I will not purchase anything from this company again and when it is delivered (to the wrong address) it will be immediately sent back unopened. This company caused me anxiety and grief as I was purchasing this item for my son's birthday. Amazon.com has assisted me in purchasing a similar item from another company which will get here sooner and to the right place.
